So uh....

quick update from me...I've been doing pretty well, history class & the teacher still drive me banana sandwich...(there are a few things that make history class not so bad but I'm not gonna discuss that) and um yeah. Nothing exciting that's worth mentioning has happened...wait well in biology this test we just took, after I turned it in I knew I bombed it. I studied for it but when it came time to take the test, I seriously forgot everything. I ended up getting 35/50, a C...which I shouldn't be totally excited for but I did a lot better than I thought I would AND I got a better score than the other people in my lab group so........that was my quickie update na na na na na na na na BATMAN!

uugggghhhhhhhhhhhhrrrrrraaaaaaaawwwwwwwrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Words cannot express how ticked off I am right now. I wish I never took this stupid history class. I have more homework in this class (a 3 credit class) than my 3 other classes combined. It's freakin' ridiculous! I just...UGH....It really stresses me out to the point where I just want to bust out into tears and just do something to get rid of this frustration (right now I want to kick/punch a hole in the wall...don't worry though, I would never do that to a person except a small few exceptions which I am positive don't read this) I try to vent to somebody but it seems like the only person I can vent to (supposedly effectively) is my mom and when I do she just ticks me off even more, making me want to kick multiple holes into the wall. I just....can't take it anymore

Bummer

Why did spring break have to go so quickly? I am DREADING going to my drawing class tomorrow. To most people, it doesn't sound like that bad of a class, but it is if your teacher is more of a perfectionist about your drawings than you are.

I honestly didn't get any of my homework done over the break. I feel kinda lazy but hey...it's spring break. The one major thing I'm worried about for this week is my Bio test. All of this aerobic, anaerobic respiration and photosynthesis MAY sound like a piece of cake...HA! Not even! No doubt this is the hardest information to grasp. Especially with all these cycles and figures/charts to go with them. Glycolysis is confusing, the Krebs cycle (as in the figure of it) I think I can get, except all of the detailed info, and I don't know about the rest of it. It is A LOT of information. This may sound a little juvenile but there are SOOOOOOO many big words to remember! I am just grasping the concept that respiration occurs in mitochondria in non-plant cells but in plant cells, photosynthesis AND respiration occurs in them. Judging by what I know so far, I am pretty much screwed. I thought going through my Bio book would help me understand it more, but it just makes me even more confused. If anybody is reading this, wish me luck for this test, I am gonna need all the help I can get.

Kinda quick update

So I've been pretty busy with school. I'm taking a total of 13 credit hours. I'm taking Drawing, General Bio 1, US History 1, and Psychology. So I'm keeping busy with all the homework and reading for those classes and on top of that I work mondays (after my drawing class) and fridays (7-3). Yeah, I am working my booty off. It's only the 1st FULL week of classes and I can tell it's gonna be crazy, especially if I slack off on my homework at all.

I'm already really looking forward to spring break...hahaha in March....
I'm finally figuring out this college stuff hahaha at least I think I am. I am thinking about majoring in biology (or something along those lines). But the problem is that I can't do that here. I'll need to go to a university and finish things up. I'm looking towards going to a school that doesn't have 300 students per class ya know?....if there is even a university out there like that. My cousin mentioned that she's gonna go to Southern Utah University and it looks like a pretty good school (she is wanting to do the same as me, becoming a veterinarian). I believe they have pre-vet courses and I'll probably take some of those courses if I plan on going there with her but I'm still going to stick with a major in biology because you have to major in something (I looked it up and it looks like you could major in just about anything and it wouldn't really matter) before you can get into a veterinary school. So I'm going on some info that I found on the S.U.U. website and I'm kind of going off of what general ed. classes they require and mixing it around with some of the classes here. I already have the English portion of the credits taken care of YAY! And hopefully this history class I'm taking now will count as the "American Institutions Requirement" credit that I need. I hope so because I really don't like history. Honestly where is that info going to be important with being a veterinarian. Sure while I'm checking some person's golden retriever, I can say "Hey, did you know that Abraham Lincoln didn't really want to abolish slavery?" Other than that, it doesn't matter to me. Ugh I hate history.

Okay so I'm not sure if that last "paragraph" really made any sense. I'm saying "paragraph" because I'm trying to sound smart even though that was barely in any form structuraly that could be compared to a paragraph hahaha. You will understand them more if you've heard some of this stuff

So one of the closest vet schools is in Colorado. I am thinking about going there and I'm pretty excited! It'll be cool to live in Colorado.

Well, this was kind of all over the place, at least I think it was, but now I gotta get back to homework. I just wanted to give somewhat of an update.

I now leave you with some funny Dane Cook quotes I found...

OOOOOO SNAP!

Wow, this trip to Utah for Christmas was AMA-ZA-ZING! So many hilarious things happened I don't know where to start! Hm, first of all, I nearly died. Haha my cousin was driving her car on 2-15 and the roads were perfectly fine then POW snow everywhere! We were sliding like crazy and we were totally sideways at one point. Yes, very scary experience.

My wanna-be brother in-law, aka Lynn, made the mistake of placing a "bet" in favor of the Broncos. Haha he ended up having to walk through one of the local gas stations in his snow boots and his undies. HAHAHA That was for sure one of the highlights of the trip.

Another highlight was new years eve. Um, I can't/won't go into many details but I had fun but then it sucked.

So I am getting somewhat of a makeover. It all started with a little tanning trip we took. So now I'm gonna keep tanning, go on a diet (no matter what people say, I'm need it), just pretty much becoming more girly. Haha there is a VERY good reason for that but I'm not gonna mention it on here either. hehe

Quick random update...

So yesterday I went to my cousin's graduation @ NAU. I am so proud of him hahaha he proved that it's possible to survive college and not go completely crazy. The whole graduation was being recorded and we happened to sit behind one of those HUGE cameras.....this picture seriously doesn't do this thing justice. It was HUUUUUGGGGEEE! The guy had it swinging over our heads within touching range. Luckily during the graduation he focused on the students graduating and not on the audience. It was pretty hilarious when he zoomed in on an older guy walking down the stairs next to us and I swear he started zooming in on his "santa clause" like belly. What made it better is that it was shown on that huge screen that you see on there behind the stage.

I am SOOO excited to be leaving to Utah for Christmas! Hopefully while we're up there we'll have lots of fun like we had during thanksgiving.....running into sheds, running over curbs, playing cards with half the table cheating....good times.

So next semester I am taking Drawing 1, General Biology 1, US History 1, and Introductory Psychology. A total of 13 credits. I am gonna be busay! haha

Well, since my family and I are going to Utah for Christmas, we haven't done any Christmas decorations around the house which is kind of depressing. I feel like Scrooge...bah humbug! We have tons of Christmas presents already wrapped but we don't have a Christmas tree to put them under. So my mom decided that we should put the presents around one of her plants. The sad part is, it is the saddest looking plant I've seen...and I mom agrees with me so I don't feel bad about saying that. We could put Christmas lights on it but, I doubt it could hold them up.

K well it's time for my cute/funny picture of the hour/day/week/month/year.....(more along the lines of cute for this post)

My bestest buddy Shady...RIP I love ya and miss ya!

And so the lion fell in love with the lamb

Wow....I pretty much had a blast in Utah for Thanksgiving. Running a golf cart into a shed, pushing a dead golf cart around, running over curbs, people "pop, lock, and droppin" it then ripping their pants....yep good times.

I am pretty excited to go back for Christmas too. I leave the 23rd then come back on the 3rd of January...which kinda sucks because I don't want to be traveling on my birthday but hey, it's all good.

I am excited also to go to my cousin's college graduation this coming up Friday in Flagstaff. I have to say he's right about saying that it's not him not being ready for the "real world"...the "real world" isn't ready for him. Hahaha that is so true.

Here is my funny picture for the day/week/month....
